Christmas gifting ~ London-inspired

As the first full week of December has been and gone, it suddenly feels like the Christmas holiday is very close. I don’t know about you but I just can’t wait to kick back and relax. All I’ve got to do is survive a couple of hectic weeks and get a few small gifts and then I can start to really unwind. So whilst there’s still time to get gifts, I’ve put together a gift guide focused on some London-inspired gifts you’ve still got time to order.

These gifts aren’t the kind you’ll find at every tourist location (although the temptation to buy Joey’s hat in that Friends episode is often there when I pass those shops and stalls), but something a slightly more subtle for someone who loves at little bit of the capital.

So here’s my London-inspired Christmas gift guide!

Christmas-gifting---London-inspired

1. The Classic London-based game Monopoly or the London Underground  special edition.

2. A Boden jacket to get wrapped up in, London style. (Select – Westminster print.)

3. A fun print  mapping London’s iconic landmarks.

4. Cath Kidston accessories that will add a London red bus to the home or handbag.

5. Bold duvet covers to brighten up the bedroom or act as a journey planner before getting the underground.

Or you could simply wrap your gifts in London wrapping paper by illustrator Michael Hill. There’s a green and this gold version to choose from.

Have you seen any London-inspired gifts to add to the list? Would someone you know like receiving one of these gifts?
