The weekend edit #6

It’s the last weekend of November and it’s safe to say it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! This weekend, for the first time ever, I’m hoping to have most of my Christmas shopping done so I can spend December getting into the festive spirit with the Christmas lights tour and a Christmas market or two. So if you’re saving up your festive spirit for December, here’s the last non-festive weekend edit (excluding the pictures of course! They’re just a little warm up 🙂 )

Eat at Cafe Pistou, Exmouth Market. The perfect part of London to be away from the Christmas crowds and from Hot Dinner’s review it sounds rather lovely.

Drink coffee or cocktails at the brand new Bar Termini, the latest venture by the man behind 69 Colebrooke RowTony Conigliaro. See Bar Chick for more details.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of one of London’s parks or gardens that you’ve not yet visited. If you need a little inspiration, all of my park posts can be found here.

Serve up a simple cocktail with one of these three ingredient cocktails.

Book last minute tickets for the theatre and relax whilst everyone rushes around the shops. I’d still like to see Matilda, but Cats is back and I’m intrigued about this infamous show. Theatre People offer some great discounts.

Are you an organised or last-minute Christmas shopper? Will you be getting into the festive spirit this weekend or holding back until December?
