Five London-inspired gadget covers

I think it’s safe to say that we’re going to experience a pretty big anti-climax next week as the London 2012 Olympics comes to an end.  But in the wake of one of the best and most memorable events of the year, where the city and the country shined, London is set to become THE place to visit. So rather than dress yourself in London 2012 official merchandise for the rest of the year, why not remember a great city and an Olympics to be proud of with one these stylish covers to carry and protect your most valued gadgets.

1.London Skyline’ Galaxy S II Gelaskin cover by Kitty McCall. Gelaskins were brought to my attention by a review posted on Florence Finds. What’s great about these covers (available as both skins and a hard covers) is that you also get a matching screen saver, giving you a stylish and consistent design.  You can even have a matching set and buy covers for a wide range of other mobiles, laptops and gadgets.  If this design isn’t quite up your street you can create your own London-inspired cases too!

2. London Amazon Kindle Skin on iStyles. I like a good London illustration and this skin protects your Kindle whilst brightening up its rather dull charcoal exterior.

3.Vintage London iPad cover at The National GalleryLook sophisticated and cultured with this iPad cover from The Natural Gallery, available in the gallery and online.

4. ‘You sound like you’re from London’ iPhone cover by Nicole CioffeSociety 6 is a great website for finding gadget cases and artwork from thousands of artists.  This iPhone case was my favourite from the hundreds of London-themed cases on offer.

5. Paul Smith Mini on Location at Buckingham Palace Holdall. Hold all your gadgets (or perhaps just your DSLR and lenses) in this designer holdall.  It’s expensive yes, but don’t you love this classic British vehicle in front of an iconic Regal location?!

What do you think? Will you be buying any London-inspired items in the wake of the Olympics?
